When a slider module is active on a page, the pulldown menus from the horizontal menu bar do not work.
I tried several modulepositions for the slider eg headermodule2, slider and top1, it makes no difference.
I also tried different makes of slider software modules like "ARI image slider" and "DJ Image slider"

homepage and try "Contacteer ons" in the horizontal module, then goto any other page that does not have
the slider active, and try "Contacteer ons" again.
There is a JavaScript error on your page. Something is requesting the tooltip method (probably the slider) but doesn't load the needed JavaScript library (eg Bootstrap).
